Please review the following terms carefully before submitting your request. By proceeding, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The DMS Training Services Intake (the "Service") is a web-based form that collects information about your organization's training needs in cybersecurity, AI governance, and related disciplines. Submitting the form initiates a discovery conversation with a DMS representative who will use your responses to scope a proposed training program.
The information you provide is used solely to understand your training requirements, prepare a tailored response, and contact you about a possible engagement. It is not used for marketing to unrelated audiences, ad targeting, or AI model training.
(a) Purpose Limitation: Your intake responses are collected and processed solely for the purpose of evaluating, scoping, and (if you proceed) delivering a training engagement.
(b) No AI Model Training: Your data is NOT used to train AI models. Any AI tools we use to assist in scoping operate under terms that explicitly prohibit use of customer data for model training.
(c) Data Retention: Intake submissions are retained for ninety (90) days after the conversation concludes (or after submission, if no engagement results), after which the record is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us at info@strategydms.com.
(d) Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
(e) Third-Party Processing: Submissions are delivered by encrypted email to authorized DMS personnel. We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to any other third parties except as required by law.
(f) Access Controls: Access to intake submissions is restricted to authorized DMS personnel on a need-to-know basis for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
Completion of this form is entirely voluntary. Required fields are marked with an asterisk; optional fields exist solely to help us prepare a more relevant response and may be left blank.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Submission of this form does not create a contract, engagement, or service relationship between you and DMS. Any engagement requires a separately executed agreement.
Any informational content presented in or alongside this Service is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, compliance, or professional advice. You should consult qualified counsel for advice specific to your circumstances.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DMS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You acknowledge that the relevance of our response depends on the accuracy and completeness of your intake answers. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information to the best of your knowledge.
The Service, including its underlying technology and design, is the property of DMS and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any training materials subsequently delivered under a separate engagement remain governed by that engagement's terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
DMS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service interface or email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder shall remain in full force. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DMS regarding the Service.
A short intake so we can map your audience, threat surface, regulatory drivers, and timing — and respond with a program built for your organization, not pulled from a catalog.
